Research is highly encouraged at ASU and teaching fellows would be able to use any facilities the university has to explore their own research interests. They would also have access to the student body for research assistants. The university would also fully support external grant applications.
Teaching fellows will be provided with on-campus or near campus accommodation, along with meals at the campus dining area. A teaching stipend would also be provided which would approximate to around $1000-$1500 USD per month.
While the Apeejay Stya University in academic terms has a global multicultural outlook, it is situated in a country with a diverse culture. Teaching fellows must possess emotional maturity in handling cross-cultural interactions and must be willing to steep themselves to a certain degree within the cultural norms.
