In reference to the provisions of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Act Chapter 13, Statutes section 38(ii) & (iii) and guidelines of University Grants Commission, New Delhi issued in this regard, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University has constituted Proctorial Committee with the following members to deal with cases of student indiscipline, violation of code of conduct by students on complaints received by students, faculty, administration and /or on suomoto cognizance by the committee.
